Parking: There are areas set aside for customers with a Blue Badge, to allow forward parking in Car Park 2 & Car Park 20, both of which are near to the racecourse entrances.
Entry: At the three entrances into the racecourse there are access points for wheelchair users and those accompanied by assistance dogs.
Viewing areas: There is a raised viewing ramp next to the track for customers in wheelchairs to use. There are viewing areas suitable for wheelchairs on the balconies of all boxes and private suites. There is additional wheelchair viewing for customers in wheelchairs on the first floor of the Duchess’s Stand. This area can only be accessed via the lifts by entrance 4 to the Duchess’s Stand.
Toilet facilities: In the Duchess’s Stand there are disabled toilets on each floor. In the Queen’s Stand there are disabled toilets on the Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor and Fourth Floor.
Lifts: Both the Duchess’s Stand and Queen's Stand have lifts allowing access to each floor of each Grandstand.
Assistance dogs: These are most welcome but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
